Junior Coaches will take the skills and talents they have been learning and improving during their time with us at our camps to work alongside our Coach Squad.
Our programme encourages young people to take responsibility and develop skills, such as leadership, organisation and communication. It is designed to give ideas and knowledge to our older children through practical and activity-based learning.
Your children will develop their ability to plan sessions and self-review, developing their confidence and self-esteem for the future in whatever path they choose to follow.
